How do I sign up to speak during Public Comment Period during a Board of Supervisors meeting?

Public Comment Period is a time for Orange County citizens to speak about any topic of their choice and occurs at the second Board of Supervisors meeting of the month. You may sign up outside the Board of Supervisors meeting room to speak during Public Comment Period at the start of each meeting, up until the conclusion of Public Comment Period (immediately following Public Appearances) at which time the Chairman closes Public Comment Period.
