Who do I call when I have a controlled burn?

All citizens are urged to contact the Emergency Communications Center on their non-emergency line, (540) 672-1234, to report that they are having a controlled burn.

The Communications Officer will ask you:

  • The address of where the fire is
  • Your name
  • Call back number where you can be reached

And they will request you call back when the fire is out.
