The Orange County Circuit Court Clerk's Record Room is open to the public 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All recordings will stop at 4:30 p.m. daily.

- Will Book and Indexes from 1734 - present.
- Marriage Records and Indexes from 1912 - present.
- Deed Books from 1734 - present.
- Plats
- Law Order Books
- Chancery Order Books
- Judgments
- Miscellaneous Orders/Oaths/Appointments
Copy Requests
Copies are $0.50 per page, with an additional charge of $2.00 if certification is desired. Triple seal fees are $2.50. Copies may be requested in-person or by mail. If requesting copies by mail, please include your letter of request along with the copy fee (check or money order), made payable to "Orange County Circuit Court." Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope so that the documents can be mailed back.
Secure Remote Access to Land Records
The Clerk's Office offers limited access to the Land Records Management System through secured and restricted web access. Not all records are available through remote access. Access is available by subscription only, to be approved by the Clerk. To request access, please complete a Remote Access Application and return it to the Clerk's Office.
Upon approval, the Office will create a log-in and password for the requestor's use, which will terminate upon the expiration date. The subscription fee is $300 for a 6-month subscription or $600 for a 12-month subscription.
