About the Litter Control Committee
The purpose of the Orange County Litter Control Committee (OCLCC) is to reduce littering in Orange County by promoting the practice of proper litter and waste disposal habits. Through its programs and activities, the OCLCC shall strive to educate citizens in the proper methods of waste and litter disposal; promote and enhance community awareness of the hazard and cost of litter; and increase citizen participation in the identification and solution of the County's waste and litter problems.

Litter Control Committee Meetings
Regular meetings of the Litter Control Committee are held on the first Thursday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November, and December), beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Administration Conference Room located in the Gordon Building.
