Stop the spread of germs by following these steps:
Stay home as much as possible.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Exercise proper hand washing with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds.
Use hand sanitizer (at least 60% alcohol) if hand washing is not available.
Sneeze or cough into your elbow or cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue.
Avoid touching your face, especially eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Practice social distancing of at least 6 feet.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces at home.
Be cautious of surfaces in heavily trafficked areas, such as the touch pad on the credit card machine, door handles, public bathroom faucets, and gas pump handles. Protect your hands from contact with those surfaces if possible and disinfect with hand sanitizer following such contact.
