Citizens Youth Academy

This week long class is offered to current Orange County Public School Students ages 14-18. This year's Youth Academy will be held July 11-15, 2022. 

During the week students will have the opportunity to meet local Law Enforcement, become CPR Certified, tour Central Virginia Regional Jail, compete in an obstacle course, and much more. The class will be held at the Sheriff's Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

To participate, prospective students must submit a completed Youth Academy Application to the Sheriff's Office. A limited number of participants will be selected from these applications.
