This is an application to rezone tax parcel 45-51B, consisting of 0.36 acres and currently addressed as 16584 Tomahawk Creek Rd, from the Agricultural (A) district to the Limited Commercial (C-1) district (note: the application erroneously says the C-2 district). The applicant desires to align the zoning of the property with the historic use of the property as a convenience store and refueling station. Currently it is considered a nonconforming use which limits several aspects of the property and business. SUP 23-11 is a companion application.
