Summary
This is an application for a Special Use Permit (SUP) for a commercial recreational use to be located at 13253 Winter Lane in Unionville (tax parcel 49-53B). Specifically, the proposed use is to host regular mud bogging events on the property throughout the year. An SUP is required pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Sec. 70-303.
