This is an application to rezone tax parcels 32-19B, 32-19C, and 32-19G, totaling 0.766 acres, located on the north side of Constitution Hwy (Route 20) west of Unionville and in between 21399 and 21455 Constitution Hwy. The applicant is seeking to rezone the properties from the Limited Residential (R-1) district to the Agricultural (A) district in order to combine the lots with the larger lot the applicant owns adjacent to the north.
A public hearing before the Planning Commission was held on May 4, 2023. They voted to recommend approval to the Board of Supervisors.
