This is an application to rezone a portion of tax parcel 34-52A located on the north side of the intersection of Constitution Hwy (Route 20) and Independence Rd (Route 650) in Rhoadesville. The parcel is currently split-zoned with 6.65 acres Limited Residential (R-1) and 2.71 acres General Commercial (C-2). The applicant is seeking to rezone the R-1 portion of the property to C-2 to accommodate plans to build a facility for agricultural/commercial vehicle repair and tire services.
