This is an application to amend several conditions approved in conjunction with the 2011 Special Use Permit (SUP) for the Locust Grove Wal-Mart. The changes sought are detailed in the application and narrative, and shown on the concept plans. Large retail uses (i.e. "big box stores") are permitted via SUP pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance.
A public hearing before the Planning Commission is scheduled for April 6, 2023. The meeting agenda (which will include the staff report for the application) will be available in the Agenda Center when published.
