Baseball 2017
Our office has been getting a lot of calls regarding baseball & softball in the Orange County area. Our office does not run a youth baseball league, and the Cal Ripken league will not be operating this year, but we have two little league options: Gordonsville LL and East Orange LL. To determine which league your child should join, use the Little League Finder here: Simply enter your address and it will tell you which organization your child should play in based on Little League districts. Then contact that organization to register.

About the Parks & Recreation Department

The Orange County Parks and Recreation Department (OCPR) is primarily responsible for the development of leisure activities for the citizens of Orange County. We also schedule the county facility at Barboursville Community Park. OCPR provides a wide variety of organized leisure activities for all ages. OCPR also offers seasonal discount tickets to area theme parks.  Additionally, discount movie tickets to Regal Cinemas are available year round with no expiration date.

The Parks and Recreation office is always looking for talented people to hold classes and share their talent with the community. Please call the OCPR office if you are interested in sharing your talents, (540) 672-5435.
